Email sequences
Lifecycle emails that activate users, recover revenue, and reduce churn.
The emails that make money
Your product sends transactional emails: password reset, email confirmation. Those are table stakes. The emails that actually move your business are the ones you send between transactions. The welcome sequence that gets someone to their first success. The activation nudge when someone signs up but doesn't finish setup. The upgrade prompt when a free user hits a limit. The win-back email when someone cancels.
Inside Claude Code, type /emails. It reads your product docs, understands your user journeys and pricing model, and designs a complete lifecycle email program. Welcome series, activation sequence, upgrade prompts, churn prevention, win-back campaigns. Then it builds them.
How it works
The system reads your discovery docs to understand your product, your users, and your pricing tiers. It figures out which email sequences make sense for your specific situation. A B2B tool with a free trial needs different emails than a marketplace with credits.
For each sequence, it designs the timing, the triggers, the content, and the subject lines. Then it implements them as background jobs that fire based on user events. User signs up but doesn't complete onboarding after 24 hours? Nudge email. User approaches their plan limit? Upgrade prompt.
What you get
Email templates built with React Email, so they look good in every client. Background jobs that send at the right time based on user behavior. The emails connect to your actual product data, so they reference real things: the user's name, their plan, what they've accomplished, what they haven't tried yet.
The content reads like it was written by someone who understands the product, because the agent that wrote it literally read every document about your product before drafting a word.
