The audit: €4,000 to €15,000
A fixed fee, agreed before we start. Where you land in the range depends on how much of the company we are mapping: one department is the low end, several departments across a larger organisation is the high end.
What moves the number:
- How many departments. Each one is its own interview campaign.
- How many people we interview. More people means more coverage and a firmer number next to each bottleneck.
- How much of your own data we reconcile against. Checking interview claims against your systems is what makes the ranking defensible rather than anecdotal.
What you get is the same either way: the ranked, costed map, traceable back to the interviews and the numbers behind every row. You own it whether or not you build anything with us afterwards.
Implementation: priced on what it is worth
There is no rate card here, because the honest answer is that it depends on what we are building and what it is worth to you once it runs.
In practice a small, well-scoped build starts around €2,000. Most real systems land higher, and something substantial runs into five figures. The two things that move it are the time it takes and the value it creates. We tell you which one we are pricing on before you commit.
We would rather quote one build accurately than publish a rate card that is wrong for everyone.
On site, if you want it
Most companies want someone physically in the building for the first stretch, usually one to two months, and we are open to that. It works well when the system touches a lot of people or replaces something with a lot of habit built around it.
It is priced separately and depends on the project. Ask on the call.
We deliver systems, not outputs
This is the part worth understanding before you pay anyone in this category.
A lot of AI work is sold as outputs: a batch of leads, a set of briefs, a pile of drafts. You buy the result, it runs out, you buy more. That is a service contract with an AI label on it.
We build the system that produces the output and hand it to you running. You keep it. It keeps working after we leave, and it does not depend on us being on a retainer.
Sales is the one place we bend this. For sales teams we lean further toward the output itself, because the value shows up in the pipeline rather than in the tool, and getting the output flowing is what proves the system is worth keeping. We still hand over the system.
What happens if it does not work
The pilot has a go or no-go gate, agreed in writing before we start, with the criteria written down. If we hit the gate and the system has not moved the number we said it would, you are not obliged to continue.
We would rather tell you before you pay us that we do not think we can move your number. That has happened and it will happen again.
