I have shipped 12+ products in the last few years. Four make money. I build fast, in public, and I am honest about what works and what does not.

OpenRouterThe short version
I started in finance. I wrote Python and VBA for quant and trading work, and I did a stint at Morgan Stanley. They offered me a full-time role. I turned it down to build instead. I took the pay cut on purpose, because I could already see how capable AI was and I just wanted to make things.
That decision led to Alumco, my first real product, and it is where I fell for web apps. Since then it has been one build after another: coaching platforms, a marketplace doing tens of millions of views a month, a few experiments that never shipped, and Build This Now. Some made money. Some taught me why they did not. I keep all of them on this page, on purpose.
The lesson from the ones that worked is simple. Generating code is cheap now. The value is in the systems around it and in the messy real-world problems that software alone does not solve.
What I am building now
B2B implementation inside companies, focused on Sales and Finance. These processes were built before AI, and now they have to be rebuilt. Hard to copy, and worth doing well.
